Great place to take the family!

Motel rooms were clean and comfortable… pool area was nice, lots of activities for children going on. There was a game room with a pool table and video games that you could use anytime. Good food also at the drunken minnow on the dock…

It had been awhile since I was last at Sterrett Creek...the place has grown up!!! I had a wonderful time with family that we won't forget!! The place is Beautiful! Swimming pool, nice RV park. the place is amazing!

We stayed at the motel and had a great experience!! Communication before arriving was on point. Even after closing the general store and marina for the night, Courtney was super helpful. We will definitely be back!

Kay took great care of us this last week. She went out of her way to make sure our family was taken care of. Thank you so much Kay.

Best boats rentals on Truman Lake! Boats were new and big and the staff was super helpful! This lake was way better than Lake of the Ozarks! I’ll definitely be back-can’t wait to check out the Drunkin Minnow!

The location is awesome and that's why it got one star. The motel rooms are awful. They are not updated, some rooms have large gaps under the door and bugs get in, the beds were not comfortable, the matresses were old, the refrigerator wasn't working at first, and the price is too high for that mess. I'd say 88-100 a night should have a better set up. Let me be clear the previous owners were amazing had great pricing and the rooms were always clean and kept up. The new owners are a cooperation and ONLY care about the bottom line, $, not the comfort of the customers. The boat slips are majorly overpriced. The ONLY single thing the company did was kick out the crackheads that occupied 2 of the rooms. Please do better, we absolutely love Truman lake and the fishing there is excellent but this place has gone way down hill.

This place was super fun! I love the activities such as karaoke and tie-dye that happened while I stayed here. There merch is SO good I was very happy with the shirts and hats. They also did a raffle. They do so much to keep the costumers involved in there community!

Great day on the lake with family! Our pontoon rental was super nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back! Thanks to staff, Courtney, Carl, and Taylor for all your help!
