Subway

The lady who is working today is very rude disrespectful l, and down right made me feel unwelcome. I have a dietary restriction and she said and I quote I DO NOT CARE EHAT DO U WANT,when I was trying to explain what I needed, lg you don't listen you can seriously hurt someone when it comes to dietary issues..... be respectful to your customers, I was in the business over 20 years wr are not always right but we are when a certain food could kill you.... Be kinder to your next set of customers you get today kindness goes farther then your stinky additude .....

I ordered "the boss" sandwich which is a meatball sub with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on it(i added jalapenos). girlfriend picked up the order and brought it home. When i opened it there was no cheese or pepperoni on it just meatballs and jalapenos. checked receipt first and made sure i ordered it correctly and it specifically said meatball with pep and mozz add jalapenos. called and they said i needed to come back up there. When i arrived they were asking me if i ate all of the sandwich or part of it saying they needed it back to replace it with what i ordered. i luckily had it with me and had only take one or 2 bites out of it before i realized something was missing. They took the sandwich and actually opened it up and inspected it which i have never seen a fast food place do before. usually they don't even ask for it back and if they do take it back they just throw it away not inspect it like you lied to them... while they were making the sandwich i asked if they could give me a drink for my trouble of having to drive 15 minutes each way to get this fixed. one girl said she could probably do that and after talking to another girl they decided they could only offer me either a cup of water or a discount on some chips or cookies which i declined. was a poor experience and will not be going back ive seen several other reviews that look like this place has new owners and they dont seem to care about the customer or the customer service. they will learn soon in a small town thats not how to operate if you plan on staying open very long.

The last two times we have been at this restaurant, the service has been terrible. The last time, we did the drive through and when the girl read back the order and it was wrong, she was very rude and acted like it was our fault. We didn’t even know that the item she told us was on the menu. This time my husband went by to get me a sandwich. I had texted him that I wanted a BMT and he read it to her straight from the text. She even repeated back what it was and I still got the wrong sandwich. Instead of salami, pepperoni and ham, I got roast beef, ham and turkey. My husband said she told him she was the only one there and appeared to be mad about it.

Sandwich was terrible! and I had a card(from school fundraiser) which gives a free cookie w/purchase and they would not honor it because they have new owners so they were arguing about it. I would give less than 1 star if that were an option. Do better Subway!
