Betty Gene's is open 7:00AM to 3:00PM seven days week, features an extensive, comfort food breakfast and lunch menu in the Historic District of Madison, GA Our Brunch Menu is served on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00AM -3:00PM The breakfast menu includes a “Classic Breakfast” of eggs, protein, breakfast potatoes and toast, biscuits as big as a shovel and cinnamon french toast, egg sandwiches and Eggs Benedict. There is also an extensive list of biscuit sandwiches available. Lunch provides burgers, patty melts, a turkey club sandwich, country fried steak, catfish, fried green tomato sandwich and a grilled chicken cobb salad.
