If a 0 start option was available, it'd be getting it. The moment of arrival, we noticed that the window did not lock and was openable from the outside when "locked" So we didn't feel safe leaving our stuff in our room. Then we noticed that no locks in the building seemed to work. The room was of lowest quality I've ever known. And we were in a "superior suit" If this was a superior suit then I dread what economy is like. On the last morning, 11th of April at 6am, I wan woken up to loud stomping from somewhere in the hotel. This lasted for an hour and a half and was constant as if someone in boots was just stood on the spot stomping constantly. Hotel should be called the 'Worst western' If we we're visiting at last minute due to family illness, we'd have moved out the moment we stepped into the building. And after finding out the reason they'd been closed to the public for 2 years and the history of this place, I'm absolutely appalled by it. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Do not recommend.
..I have stayed here a few times and found it ok but walking past it yesterday there was no sign of life apart from a few lights on .it appears to be closed ..no cars in any of the car parks ....maybe it will re open in spring.
Had a disastrous stay here after a long drive. Dirty room and uncomfortable beds but the 4am cockerel roaming the grounds waking everyone up was the crowning glory! Hear it's now holding economic migrants. Probably the only business it's going to get. Avoid.
It's not a hotel. Car park is a war zone of abandoned bicycles. EV chargers work but you need to move the bicycles out of the way to get to them. Building is dilapidated and being used auto hold Asylum seekers. Security are on site and will ask why you are charging there.
Don't ever stay at this hotel it's full of asylum seekers living in style why harding working people suffer the recent government
