Decent burger - good for a change in the routine

Went through the driver thru at lunch today and ordered the buddy cheese combo. The lady working the drive thru was very hard of hearing, or maybe it was their speaker system, so repeated my order several times. Then waited 15 minutes in lane 1 for my order. I returned to work and started eating my burger. After a few bites, I looked down and the patty was raw. I left work and returned with the burger, and went inside. Bernie was there and had the burger remade. She was courteous, but unfortunately, I returned to work with a new burger but this time it was dry and had a weird after taste. Never had issues in the past with Bernies, used to eat there when it was Arctic Circle back in the day, but it's going downhill in quality.

I placed an order over the phone for pick up last night and was told the food would be ready in 20-25 minutes. I set an alarm for 25 minutes, when it hit 20 I started driving to the restaurant. Upon arriving I had to wait 10 minutes for service, and then I was told that my food wasn't ready yet. I asked why it wasn't cause it had been almost 40 minutes at this point. He just said that they were still working on it. By the time I ate my food it was cold as ice. They were unprepared, and let my food sit out too long.

Chili dog just ok.

I've been going here for years and normally the food is great, tonight not so much. I got a buddy cheese basket and the burger was burnt and so hard I couldn't eat it, the fries were cold. Also ordered extra fry sauce that I didn't get. Very disappointed.
