Sorry but this place is all lies online. First, I showed up and stood there waiting up front for several minutes and no one was around even though I was announcing myself. I had to call and ask if they are open for someone to finally come out. Second, I asked for water and they brought me this small plastic cup, I said that's fine, I get it. Last they brought my food and it was served in containers for to-go although pictures posted online show them serving on nice plates. The food was just ok. Owners and workers please treat everyone with the same respect as the first customer and the last one. Too pricey for the experience. Spend your money elsewhere if I were you. I will not be coming back. Burn me once shame on you.

This place is horrible. My sister and I dined in, you have to order and pay when you check in. After sitting there for awhile I noticed they had no servers. Thought ok they want to say money, not a good sign. Ordered baked lobster roll and beef teriyaki entree that comes with rice salad and soup. There is no condiments on the table. The restaurant looks empty inside. Never got our drinks until after our food was brought to us. For dining in they served everything in plastic and styrofoam. Plastic utensils, asked for a spoon and he said to just drink the soup out of the carton. The beef teriyaki looked nothing like the menu, looked like a small fast food that you would pay $8. The baked lobster roll had a crunchy flaming hot cheetos look to it. When I moved over to look at the roll looked like a California roll you buy at the market. I did not eat the food and went and asked for my money back. He asked why, I said it's not even the food I ordered and I wasn't paying $45 to eat in a restaurant out of plastic containers. He refunded my card but wanted to keep my tip. I said no, he told me he didn't know how to refund my tip to my card. I told him to give me it in cash and he did. After we left and talked about it we noticed it didn't even smell like food was being cooked. I think they just heat up frozen food and buy sushi rolls from the market. This place will close, the owners do not care what they are serving. They make you pay first because they know this food is cheap. Do not go here, you will regret it.

This used to be a GREAT place to take a date. Now it's stuck in COVID where everything is in to go boxes whether u dine in or not. No actual silver wear or cups. All sauces and basic sushi essentials are in small containers. Seems like they are more prioritized with saving their own time rather than delivering a great experience. You have to throw your own trash away and order at the entrance instead of at the table. This is just a small amount of the MANY issues we encountered in less than a hour of eating here.

Covid 19 Flashback. Half of the restaurant was cordoned off. Take out only. But you can order your food to go and then sit and eat at one of their tables. Not a good dinner experience. Why pay rental space for a restaurant if you want to run a To Go style business. Food is still good, but I will not return to this location.

Placed an order to go with high hopes that I would have a tasty lunch. I ordered a bento box with Salmon and teriyaki chicken and a vegetable roll. The chicken was overcooked and dry, it looked sad and it was; very disappointing. The salmon was ok but unfortunately there wasn't enough to fill me since it was just two small pieces. The vegetable roll had huge pieces of lettuce that made the whole thing fall apart, definitely not worth 10 dollars. I paid $33 for a sad lunch. Ugh! So disappointing!
