Ben's Soft Pretzels

I walked in and they had an elementary school aged child working the register. Which I don't think is legal

I so hooked on their pretzel dogs. They are truly amazing.

We went right when they opened at 11 am and omg the pretzels are the best then! Ordered some pretzel bites with just cheddar cheese for this dipping sauce. The ladies who served us were very friendly and prompt! The pretzel bites were fresh and warm. The cheddar cheese was cheesy and a great dipping sauce. This location is yummy and very good, would go again! Also the ladies at subway say this is one of the few locations that has a bacon, chicken, ranch stuffed pretzel!

if you were closing shift at this location last night (may 25, 2023) and were one of the two girls (ginger(i think) and short brunette). i love you and you need a raise, also thank you for correctly labeling my third eye piercing, you are so cool for that.

Best soft pretzels around. I live in Tennessee and nothing around there like Ben's. I always go to Ben's when visiting our familyinBristol. I buy and take home the "make at home" box!

They do very well here for a small space inside if the Walmart. Clean, very friendly, speedy service and deliciously, very well prepared pretzels. I love the cheese options as well. Love coming here whenever I get the chance and always happy to leave a good tip!

Great and sociable staff. Always tasty and fresh pretzels, this staff can't make the pretzel fast enough. Give this staff a raise please, we pay enough for the pretzels.

In 2021, you really cannot afford to have incorrect hours listed on Google. They used sticky notes on their entrance to adjust the hours of operation. Very unprofessional.
