The customer service is horrible to everyone and it doesn't matter if you are Jamaican or American. They obviously do not know what good customer service is. Their food is good but there are other places to go to in Hartford.

Need more light too dark

Food is great and the staff after 4:30pm is great! During the day the girl cashier is rude, disrespectful, unsanitary and acts as if you're in there begging and not actually paying for your food. I am not sure if she realizes that customers are the reason she has a job! Benjie needs to train her to not act like you're at her back door begging or find someone else who is personable! Disgusting behavior that shouldn't be tolerated in a business. Again, the food is great and evening staff is great (this includes the male cashier - NOT the one with dreads).
