Horrible experience, waited 2 hrs for service to get started, this location is a shame to the franchise...

Reservations are pointless

Sucks! Been a huge Benihana fan for years, eaten at various locations countless times, not one bad experience until I ate at this location. I'll sum it up. Was told 15 min. wait, after 40 min, checked in with them and they said they already called us, nope, no way. Got seated, waited over 1 hr. for my food. Food arrives, it's legit cold. Server completely absent, doesn't fill our drinks or check on us at all. Talked to manager, was offered 50% off bill. Great, I get to pay half price for a terrible experience, cold food and rude staff, still overpriced. This newer location has 3.8 stars out of nearly 300 reviews, what a joke and now I know why. This chain is supposed to be an upper scale restaurant, I've never seen a location rated so poorly. You're a joke and I'll tell everyone that will listen to me to avoid this place. Next time I'll go to Mc D's for a decent meal.

Awesome..food and service...

Had a great birthday! Chef Jose is so funny and a great chef. The food was so amazing and great portions. We were so stuffed by the end of the night. I highly recommend this place to celebrate any event or just dinner with your family. The flavored hot sake was such a great addition to my meal. Kid-friendliness: Great kid menu selection and fun hats.

We had a great time my sisters birthday and it was great

Made a reservation for 6:15 on a Tuesday to celebrate my son's birthday. Got seated fairly quickly, but after drinks, appetizer, soup, and salad, we sat for another hour and no one came back to our table. We stopped our server who said he'd check, but never came back. No one else acknowledged us. We finally told the hostess to cash us out and we left, as did the other party sharing our table. My son's birthday was spent at the Burger King drive- through.

Great place for its food and service.
