Got a new location? They need to put blinds on, sitting there eating I felt almost blind since the lights were a strong. Ok service and average food. Used to be better at their previous location.

I had the #101, dined in, everything else is good except the beef tripe. They definitely overcooked the beef tripe since it’s impossible to chew and swallow. As I tried to chew it, I found half of the tripe was stuck in my mouth and the other half lodged in my throat, leading me to start gagging. However, when I called the girl over, told her I think it’s overcooked. She just told me Beef Tripe is supposed to be that way….

My family and I loved dining at Ben Thanh North last night. We were there to celebrate my niece's birthday, it's her favourite place for Thai cuisine but now it might be mine too! From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was very well handled. We had a group of 8. The service was speedy and the food was delicious. We ordered a lot of food that could be shared, including the appetizer platter, the kids ordered Pho with Beef, they loved it and I got the Dan Dan noodles. Our Server Ethan was exceptional, he knew the menu well and gave us suggestions. He really went above and beyond. Thank you for a great night and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The 303 is really good First time ordering the mango sticky rice with coconut. It's ok. I guess the mango is sour, not sweet

We ordered the shrimp cold rolls and seafood udon. We have gone to the other two London locations for years. This is the first time we tried the North location and we will not go back. The shrimp rolls barely had any lettuce and did not have any shredded carrot or cilantro. The portion for the seafood udon was smaller than the other two locations and did not have any fish cake or peppers in it and only 3 shrimp. Very disappointing.

First time here definitely will not be the last.... amazing Vegetarian options: Easily made vegan and out of this world delicious

This place is our favourite go-to for pad Thai! We go as often as possible and always order the same thing, fried spring rolls, chicken pad Thai and shrimp pad Thai fried rice! Very disappointed with my order. I had ordered the fresh shrimp rolls. The rolls were stuffed with a ton of vermicelli noodles, a sprinkle of ice berg lettuce and barely any shrimp. The shrimp was cut in half. There wasn't any leafy lettuce or romaine, no whole shrimp, no mint or other veggies like they once were. $9.99 plus tax for a roll stuffed with noodles and half shrimp?
