Great experience! Awesome food and a full bar. You don’t have to be a cider drinker to enjoy this place although their cider is dang good.

I stated to the host that we had never been here and were just wanting drinks. He seated us, but then we waited for a good 10 minutes before even being brought menus. We drank our drinks, left $20 in cash on the table (which resulted in a 30% tip), and the bartender gave us a parting "thanks guys" as we left. However, our server then stopped us on our way out the door, stating that we needed to pay. Told him we left cash on the table, and he then said "well, you need to show me". I get that many people pay with credit nowadays, but it's pretty bad business to accuse your customers of stealing and then demand to prove that they paid when your bartender could've easily confirmed it.

AUTOMATIC GRATUITY is a ripoff. We HATE it. We want the OPTION to tip good for good food and service. Chicken waffles were amazing! Burger ($20) was very thick and overcooked (burnt!) and fries way too salty. Beers were beers. I think OUR waitress was tragically born without a personality which is sad because we have a wonderful and fun group. That said getting blessed with a 20% automatic tip which adds up really fast at $50+ per person. If u want to avoid auto "GRATUITY" don't go out with more than on 3-4 close friends at a time. Overall, not super impressed and that's saying something because I'm an extremely easy going person who isn't very picky AT ALL. I will give them another chance but not with a "large" group!

Hot dishes hot! Wonderfully broad interesting menu. Not brewpub food.

This was my first time at the Bellingham cider Company. We got there right when they opened for lunch and it was not very crowded. We ordered the five cider flight and there are about 10 to 12 options to pick from. There are great views to the south across Maritime Heritage Park out towards Bellingham Bay. It’s a great spot for sunsets. When the weather is nice, they have a huge outdoor patio area. You can buy Six packs of cider to take home. They have some great unusual food options, as well as some good vegan options. The service was wonderful. They did accidentally double charge me, but they changed the credit card charge quickly without any problems. Their ciders are wonderful and I would suggest trying the hopped version as well as the Ginger blackberry.

Went in for a pre-Christmas dinner and drinks with friends and family. We were in a group of seven. The remarkable part of my experience was how poor the service was. I ordered an IPA, 20 min later when the drinks were served , I was advised they were out of the beer I had ordered. I asked to get a taste of an alternate beer and never got it. I went up to the bar and ordered a bourbon, which they poured but were out of ice! Eventually I got drinks, but it was super annoying especially noticing that the server was immersed on his personal phone rather than doing his job. Because we were in a group, we were automatically assessed a 20% tip. The food and atmosphere were Ok but the poor service left a lasting impression.

We entered via the arts building but were able to make it to the hostess. It was very busy so get a reservation if you can. The flight of cider was a great option and sitting at the bar the bartender was able to offer some suggestions. Food came out pretty quick and was spectacular. Definitely recommend the chicken and waffles! Probably the best C&W I've ever had.
