Food is amazing and full of flavor. Customer service is top tier.

Horrible manager. I used to go here all the time, until the manager was rude to me about them sending me the wrong food. NEVER AGAIN.

It is a bit of a hit or miss but the turkey club, veggie pizza and fries were good. We got the wrong pizza and called, got hung up on once but eventually got a new pizza made. However, we had to go and pick this up while we paid and tipped for delivery. The food was ok, but if you mess up an order at least make things right and not have a customer drive 30 min when we paid for delivery.

I guess I should have checked the reviews before I ordered! I use to be a frequent customer here, but noticed a change in the quality of the food. While I know we all have our "off days", it seems to be a consistent pattern with Bellagio's restaurant. My first bad encounter with them was a simple cheese steak sub. When I got it. The meat was so chopped up, it was more of ground beef than steak texture. Cold fries that seemed to be left overs that sat and was reheated. Fast forward to last night, I ordered a simple pizza for delivery and the order came quickly, to my surprise. The pizza was over cooked. Somewhat dry and the cheese was burnt. Seems to me, this establishment has changed ownership. Either way, save your money and order somewhere else!
