Bella Roma Grill

We just had our second visit to Bella Roma. Exactly 1 year from the first visit. We absolutely loved this warm inviting restaurant!! Like our last , being seated by a friendly happy staff member made our day. We had a great discussion about medeteranean europe and it's food. I loved the chicken Parm, thank you for the suggestion. My significant other is still raving about her chicken picatta with Veggie Noodles instead of traditional pasta. To me a dinner experience begins while walking in the door and finishes while walking out. The happy friendly staff proved this out. It doesn't cost an employee anything to wave and smike while I'm walking out, but simple things like this make my day!!! Thank You.....

Pros: Warm, welcoming Hostess, VERY clean restaurant wow! Our food was delicious - Gyro Salad, Lasagna, Lemon Chicken soup, warm, fresh bread. Our server Nick was kind, professional and attentive. Cons: Red Chianti wine pour FAR too small for the price of $8.00. Olive Oil on the table was either old or cheap “off taste.” Lasagna portion needed to be larger for the price.

The pizza was great, and the beer was cold. Great evening out with the wife. All the other dishes are great as well.

I am editing my review based on reading some of the other reviews and the owner responses to them. It seems there are some ridiculous people dead set on smearing the reputation of the staff at this restaurant. In my previous review I did not allow any grace for less-than-ideal newer wait staff who didn't know the menu, but based on the difficulty of finding good workers these days, I think that was unfair of me. The seasoned wait staff are still excellent and very pleasant. My family has always enjoyed them. I do wish the TVs were turned off for mealtime and I hope the music goes back to being more traditional Italian music. But overall, I have always enjoyed my food at Bella Roma.

The server didn't ring up my order right. She kind of made up for it but the other folks I was eating with were almost done before she came back to check on us.

The variety of food offered for gluten free and lactose free is absolutely amazing. Thank you for having options. The taste of the food was fabulous and the atmosphere is so inviting.

Outstanding food and service

Very impressed with this Italian Rest.

I ordered Shrimp Scampi & Gladiator Cheesesteak sub. The Shrimp Scampi was bland. It was basically grilled shrimp and pasta, minimal sauce. The cheesesteak was dry and had a lot of gristle. My husband could only eat about half of it. We threw the rest away. Definitely not worth the money and won’t eat here again.

We got takeout from here on Thursday night. It was delicious! Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Eddie and his team are always on top of things. The food is great! Always enjoy coming here for lunch or dinner. Eddie's Healthy Choice is my usual go-to. But everything I have had here has always been good.

My family went here after an exhausting day. We were greeted by a very nice young man and seated next to an older couple. My daughters are autistic and were keyed up from said day. One of them was antsy and had a hard time sitting still. The woman next to us was rude to her and we, offended, got up to leave. The same young man stopped us at the door to see what had happened. After explaining about the rude patron, we just wanted to leave to prevent any further incidents. They put us in a private room and took exceptional care of us for the next 45 minutes. We cannot heap enough praise on Donald and the management there. They definitely went above and beyond!

A real Gem! Today we stopped while traveling to Rome and ate at Bella Roma and it was excellent. I had the Veal Piccata and my wife had the Gyro Plate. The food, atmosphere and service were very good. This will be a regular stop for us going forward! I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant.

Highly recommend it, I always assumed it was too pricey for me but the prices are good & the food & service was outstanding! I recommend the Rib Eye Steak, Fried Catfish, and Pizza 🍕 just to get you hooked, great salads and Meatball Subs!
