Really enjoyed the pizza!
We ordered a 16" Mountain Pie Steamboat. It was ok but kinda pricey. Restaurant is small and and hard to move around in. It was ok and I would probably go back.
The food here is awesome! The server was kind of tired, but we got here right before the lunch rush, so they're probably just not excited for what's to come. The restaurant is very nice and quiet.
Ordered some pasta Florentine and honey bread on the phone to pick up. The price online showed $15.99 for the pasta. When I arrived they had charged me $23.99 and I pointed this out and they did nothing and indicated they don't control the website.
The honey bread is also not at all as described - it is just bread with honey packets - that is very deceptive and false advertising. The bread was not very good and the pasta was decent.
I’ve been going to Beau Jo’s in Idaho Springs my whole life but this food isn’t similar to what I remember. Perhaps it’s the location in Steamboat? Food was basic and flavorless. Salad lettuce was soggy and the chicken was dry. Tomato sauce was bland. They gave us the wrong crust. Overall disappointing.
Very bad experience. Nobody at the front counter, when someone finally showed up she was annoyed that we rang the bell to place our order. Took a long time to get our food, and one of the pizzas was wrong. Maybe they could use someone who actually speaks English in this store.
I would not recommend this place unless you want overpriced and tasteless pasta/pizza. We were expecting far larger portions for the high prices of pasta and were disappointed in the size and taste of the food. Bummer city™
Food was decent. Terrible attitudes from all the staff when presented with such inconveniences as wanting a clean table or a fork with the meal. Also unconcerned with inoperable restroom. Good place to go if you want to feel better about an average place you ate before
The pizza, pasta meatballs, and breadsticks tasted like reheated frozen dinners. Not great. The waitress was extremely courteous.
