Bearwolf Catering and PNW Deli is a deli and catering establishment from the chef who founded Valiant the Sandwich. The deli specializes in all house-made deli meats and cold cuts, creative soups and salads, and cold sandwiches, as well as fresh house-boiled and baked bagels on select days. Our main sandwich catering menu focuses on business and corporate catering. We also have specialized catering menus for a variety of different occasions and can work with you to create a one-of-a-kind menu for your special day.
