Bawarchi Biryanis - Plano, Indian Cuisine

Bawarchi plano have not dissapointed me this time. Whoever packed my pick up order thank you for doing it right i know you see my order often. The manager has improved the service and quantity of meat in my order. I order this from this place often

Dear Manager, I wanted to express my concerns regarding a recent dining experience at your establishment. I ordered the tandoori chicken , which was unexpectedly infused with a smoked flavor that leaned towards being both bitter and acrid. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I requested a callback from the management team, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response. I must mention that this is not the first time I've encountered issues. I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter.

Delicious food! I love the variety they give

It appears there's a lack of responsiveness at the counter and shortage of desserts. Additionally, there's insufficient staff to address customer requests effectively.

Very poor service. very much I don't care attitude. these people won't even tel you if the particular dish available or not. they took my take-out order for Country chicken and gave me the normal chicken. They didn't even ask or inform me. They just replaced it with couple of normal chicken items, found out after coming home.

Don’t expect Hyderabad Bawarchi in taste. But nonetheless their biryani is tasty. Tried Biryani and some fried snacks. Ponugulu &vada. Go here if you are tired of endless searching Indian food in Google and yelp. And want to have a quick bite

I ordered chicken biryani(guntur), the taste was not bad and not good. The place is clean and looks happening even during midnight.

Good service in dine in. But take away is always worst. Staff don't even let customers know that their ordered item is not available until we go and ask them after 2 hours from the time we placed our order. They don't even apologize for the mistake they have done. Did not expect this kind of service from you guys.
