Bassett Street Brunch Club

The service was great, the food was unique, but unfortunately average in taste. One person in our group got the Tuna & Ginger which he seemed to like. I got the fish tacos which were average. My wife and daughter got burgers and said that they were good, but they didn't stand out from places like Denny's. The place was packed with college students so it was loud. I am far removed from the college crowd, so younger people may find it more appealing.

My wife, daughter, and I met my buddy and his two kids for dinner. Wanted a pleasant atmosphere with a nice menu. Bassett Street Brunch Club delivered! We all ordered breakfast main dishes and my buddy and I added a couple draft beers along with the chicken fried Brussels Sprouts and cheese curds. The service was quick and the food was hot. As everyone devoured their meals we were able to all hear and join in the conversation. I’m sure there are times when it gets noisy, but it was so nice that we didn’t have to compete over a stereo or dull roar of other conversations. Definitely a great little restaurant in the downtown Madison area.

Was here a while back, and absolutely loved it! Had brunch with a friend and my toddler and the environment and food were wonderful for the adults as well as my son! Pictured is the farmers hash and bloody Mary! Both were absolutely incredible. The farmers hash came with so much food, I was unable to finish the plate. Everything was so fresh! Definitely would recommend and cannot wait to come back.

THE best breakfast place in Madison, not even a debate. Top notch service, great atmosphere, and the food is also insanely good.

We are visiting Madison and found this brunch place and we got lucky to bar seating right away. They have a long list of items that you can choose from. We ordered chicken on a donut and a burrito. I actually like burrito better as it contains eggs, potato tarts and cheese but overall just giving me average impression on flavors.
