Ice cream was to be expected, awful customer service.

What ever happened to customer service, or acknowledging someone when they walk in?? The employee just stood there continuing to wash utensils before finally asking what I wanted. The place was dirty with every table filthy along with the chairs. Thank God the name Baskin Robbins still means something, but won't be coming back to this one...

Love there ice cream it's a must visit business if you like

Normally this location is awesome. The best Takima has to offer but for some reason today nobody is here.

Daughter has severe nut allergy she ordered a banana split no nuts they gave her nuts said cant u just pick them out? How dumb can people be when it comes to allergies?! The nuts contaminated her ice cream so when my daughter said remake it nut free the girl w red hair threw a fit started throwing stuff and slamming the stuff on the counter! Rude and ignorant to severe allergies!

I go here every time for an ice cream or birthday cake and theyre usually delicious, going again to pick up an ice cream cake(birthday)<3
