My experiences are never really great, per-say, at this location. But tonight was on a different level. It was fairly “busy” but everyone in line was very single file and keeping it together. Between 4 employees in the place, I got skipped 7 times before I said anything. I really am not sure how not a single one of these employees could read the room. I work in food service and employ several young workers who are just entering the workforce, but this was downright awful. I wasn’t even rude when a girl finally acknowledged me (after the whole line was gone and I STILL stood there ignored for a solid 3-4 minutes), maybe just a little short and to the point with her. She proceeded to talk about me under her breath to her coworker while she was scooping my daughter’s ice cream. If I found out any of my team members treated a customer this way, they would be replaced immediately. Will absolutely never be back.
Haven't been to Baskin Robbins for a long time due to living a ways away, but we came at the start of a rush on Friday evening. All the staff were very attentive and prompt in meeting customers' requests for us and through the rush. Kudos to all! Hard workers and good management! (And delicious sherbet and ice cream of course!)
Always fast and friendly.
The place was hopping. Three young ladies handled the crowd efficiently with aplomb. The eatery was clean and everyone seemed happy, a rarity these days. We picked a birthday cake and ate a couple of treats. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes despite the crowd.
I am always taken care of and enjoy what I get
