There was a wide variety of ice cream. The menu is extensive. The two young servers here do a great job. The store is small with only four tables.

I ordered a milkshake from door dash ( around 2pm ) and didn't have the option to order a strawberry and chocolate one. I called and spoke with a young lady who made sure my milkshake would be made correctly. I was a little skeptical but it was! Thank you so much for taking time I making sure my order was correct. I wish I had gotten your name so I can include it in this review! Awesome job

My hubby went into Baskin-Robbins to get us some shakes and I found this to be ridiculous. My hubby said the server kept measuring everything but apparently her measurements were completely off with my shake. I didnt go into the store and we noticed my shake after he got in the car. I called and spoke to the manager who was not apologetic and right away defended the server about the lid marking line Which I know about but my shake was way below the line. I took a pic before drinking my shake. I told her I will probably wrirte a review. She gave me a number to text her manager because he does not read google reviews but customer do and they need to do better with the measurements especially when they're not cutting back on the price. I was unable to upload my pictures for some reason.

Went tonight on a very busy night and the service was great. Even with a line it was only a few minutes till we were served. Ice cream was delicious and made for a wonderful treat.

I have been coming in for awhile and getting 2 waffle bowls with 3 scoops in each. Then I get lids for them and take them home! This is a routine every Friday! Now the waffle bowls are designed different where only 2 scoops will fit and the bowl gets all torn up to put a lid on it! This is disappointing and I may need to think of another place to get our Friday treat!

There is a young Lady that works there her name is Jordan Lutz. She is a hard worker. We come from ResCare in Manhattan around 25 of us walked in for ice cream. It was a nice day to get out. We came for a treat for all the Patients. Ms Lutz did an awesome job made everyone’s order with a smile and with no problems. This was the second time she served us. Thank you Ms Lutz for doing such a great job! And she was not slow at her work she didn’t panic over a large group of people. And the ice cream was wonderful!! You have someone special working in Baskin Robins!! Well done!! Thank you so much!!
