We frequent this location and it's always great. The staff are friendly and the prices are really good for the quality of ice cream.

We frequently visit this location. Today, the employee was extremely rude and non-accommodating. Additionally, we were waiting for more than 5 minutes before they came to take our order as they were talking with friends.

Disappointing taste- lacking natural flavour. Mango ice cream had some tangy/sugary fake mango fruit pieces instead of real mango. Customer service is not great. The only thing I liked is the ambiance.

Awful service!!! These two ladies (sep 22 6pm) seem to be grounded by working here. Both of them have zero patience attending families. They do not know the meaning of the word kindness and customer service.

Wife's Choice

Ordered a milk shake and specifically told the staff to not to add any ice in it and it came with lots of crushed ice. I told the staff about the ice and all they did was blended the same shake into blender in front of me and gave it back in a new cup within 2 minutes
