Placed an order for my husbands birthday and was to be picked up in 48 hours tried to call and didn't get an answer and when we arrived at the pickup time it wasn't even ready.

Placed and order for my birthday and it said to pick it up in 2 days. I tried to call to make sure it was done/getting made but never got at answer. Couldn't even leave a voicemail since it's not set up. When I got there to pick it up it wasn't made had to wait another 2p min for it and by the time I got home the ice cream on it melted off. I there was zero stars I would give them so. They always run out of all flavors fast by 7pm. Don't they have extra tubs in their back freezer?? I used to work at a BR store and we always have flavors available in the back big freezer. They are lazy and do not want to bother in sorting the store when a customer is asking for a flavor. Manager needs to fix that. Every single time I go there after 6pm they NEVER HAVE ANYTHING. What kind of manager is running that store??
