Horrible Customer Service by Management!!!! I tried going to grab ice cream on Friday night with my son when we were greeted with the worst manager I've EVER come in contact with! When we walked up, she saw us approaching and literally raced to the door to lock it before we could even tug on the door. Completely floored, we started to knock on the door as she walked back to the freezer with absolutely no regard for our presence. This manager(Anna) needs to be reprimanded, or she will continue to drive customers away. I've been living in this area for years, and I have never experienced this level of blatant disrespect.

Went to restaurant on 6/18/2, Got to the store at about 9:55 PM. And the young lady in the store had all the doors locked and everything shut down when I went to ax her. What time they close? Cause it says 10 o'clock on their window. She told me to cancel my order. And they were closed for the evening. She would not answer any of my questions. She kept mopping the floor just very rude service for me to drive to A Store of 5 Minutes Before They Closed When It Clearly Says on Their Window, they closed it 10 PM and on the website it says 10 PM. To the refuse service is horrible customer service. I will not visit this place anymore. Nor patronize this business

Just walked in to order a banana Royale Beware of Hindu lady she let's things drop onto the counters and still put it I'm your bowl she got mad and rolled her eyes I just decided to go else where . She is soo foul and nasty and rude go else where you deserve better

LISTEN TO OTHERS! Do NOT come here if you want to surround yourself with good vibes. Just left the shop. The female worker here was very rude and what a way to bring our kids to their first Baskin Robbins experience. Please hire other people. Or if you don’t like your job, please look for another one. There’s many others out there.

This place is great! They're always really helpful and stocked with great flavors. And the staff tonight were really on it. There was a disturbed individual hanging around and the staff kept us safe. Shout out to the dude who I'm guessing was managing tonight - you're a real one! Thank you!

Just left first the lazy guy behind the counter said they had no bananas for a split, i came back with my own banana from the store he said he cant take it but he can make me one and i can add it agreed and he begins to try to make my split with the same dirty gloves, then said their is no more cookies and cream and refused to check the back he needs to quit i got nothing but an attitude i will not return to this location please fire this guy he wears a jersey you cant even tell Her works there 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤣

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! Save your money and go to a good local ice cream shop like Gunther's or Yume Gelato. The people who work there are rude, the ice cream was two stars and that's being generous. I came in to redeem a reward from the Baskin-Robbins app and they said they don't take them anymore. I am very disappointed, and will not be coming back. If I could give zero stars I would

Afternoon crew was young with no name tags and wearing masks. An issue arised and I asked for MGR. Worker in incident claimed to be MGR. I went on to ask for his name. He refused. I asked 2 other workers for his name. They also refused. All of this over a small request. My short 8 yr old daughter wanted a single scoop in a cup but she wanted half chocolate and half vanilla. Apparently this is against corporate policy and he felt he had to take a hard stance and say no to request. But he did offer my daughter 2 scoops and charge me for 2 scoops. No one else was in store during incident. It was 3 young workers. My wife, 8 yr old daughter, 14 yr old son and myself with 10 month old baby I was carrying in arms. Once wife started recording and other customers came in, he agreed to make exception! Reallly, now after all the resistance he gave us because of a Corporate Rule he could not break! We were upset and left to Cold Stone instead!

Be careful when ordering from the Togos in this place. They have gotten my order wrong multiple times. Not just a little wrong, but WAY wrong. Like forgetting the meat wrong. So you may want to check your order before you leave.

Always loved me some Baskin-Robbins. Never disappoints 🍦🍨

Got super sick from a chocolate ice cream here. Not going back

The employee who helped us was wonderful. The ice cream was so good. 😊😗
