Very nice drive thru staff

Decided to grab a mini cake to share with my son, but it was a wrong idea. They wrote the wrong information in the box, I was expecting a white cake with strawberry ice cream, but instead, I got this. I am sad to say that now is in the trash. Never buying cakes ever again

NEGATIVE STARS. Please listen to the reviews, unlike myself before I went here. Unattractive staff that talk in the back while your trying to get their attention at the ice cream counter. Uneducated on how their own coupons work. Ask them to wash their hands or use gloves before touching your cones. You must ASK if not they won't do it. Gross! Never again.

Place an order online for pick up with specific toppings and ice cream, bought two milkshakes it did not taste anything like the a milkshake my family said it tasted just like pure milk with barely any cookies. We ordered a banana split it came with the wrong cream in it I paid for extra toppings and out of five I only got two toppings. I called to get the store number and the store number is not registering on the survey so now I have to wait to call another day to get the right number. I don’t understand how an order that was placed online can be messed up this poorly and then to make the shakes with no care is unacceptable.

Never any decent service,never any pre-packed chocolate if you ask to have one its a problem,waited 5 mins.for service inside no customers there not sure what's going on. Won't be back!!

Stop putting sugar in the milkshakes. Spent almost $20 on two milkshakes that couldnt even be consumed due to the added sugar. Diabetes in a cup.

This review is for "Dunkin Donuts", not Baskin-Robbins. Ricky provided excellent service. I ordered an iced latte at the drive-thru. He was polite, friendly, and helpful with my order. Very kind young man!!

Thank you to the team who worked the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I picked up my turkey cake and it was delicious!

I ordered a regular pack is $9 and they don't have a lid for my regular size. Some of them didn't understand English that well!
