This location treats you like you ordering and buying ice cream is a disruption. And slow, and not kinda slow— a long time like they gotta milk the cow first. And I thought BR was know for the amount of flavors. At this spot, maybe you get 2 choices. Truly a joke and kills the whole experience of stopping for ice cream.

Terribly slow. Not rude but not nice service. I drive an extra 7 minutes to the one off Snowden and get my order before I would here.

Mother's Day 2024. Got here a little before 7pm. Counter closes at 7:30, drive through at 8. All doirs are locked, and the and the drive through had the ice cream shut down. Happy Mother's Day! Almost...

Really confused about this business. Refused to scoop any but 2 ice cream flavors on a Saturday evening because they were all “frozen rock solid”. Which I get is annoying but can we implement some process changes so an ice cream place can serve ice cream? Looking forward to eventually being able to come here.

I've given this place a couple of shots; been terribly disappointed by the stale donuts and old avocado toast.

Closed early as we pulled up…even when we said birthday ice cream trip!!! So poor.

The staff is SLOWWWWW. I sit there at the window and watch them aimlessly wander back and forth with no sense of urgency, no efficiency, no idea what they’re doing, and that’s IF they actually have what you order (they often don’t). They run out of the flavor of the month 2-3 weeks in, they rarely have the ingredients to make my favorite item, and often don’t have even the most basic BR flavors. One trip, they were out of chocolate, mint chocolate chip, strawberry cheesecake, cherries jubilee, etc. and one SHOCKING visit in mid-summer on Saturday (mid-day) they had no ice cream at all. None! They said that they were cleaning that part of the store. How is that even possible‽‽‽ it’s like going to MCDonald’s and being told they don’t have any burgers or fries, but they have the rest. I gladly drive 15 minutes farther away to go to the one in Ellicott City on Baltimore National Pike (by The Mint Room) because they always have everything and work efficiently.

The ice cream is great always but I’ve got to call this store out for having soft ice cream. It is supposed to be served firm - not as a sweet, almost liquid concoction. Looking at the freezer units with easily an inch or more of ice accumulation it’s easy to see the inefficiencies and cause of the softness. Pull the tubs, defrost the freezer and check the temperatures - it’s not any more complicated than that.

Waited over 10 mins from the order window to getting my 2 wake up wraps and no one was in line ahead of me or inside. Their were only 3 people and they were all standing around they need more help in there.

Nice new store. Easy to get to and fast service. Love that it's both a DD and BR

Went here once, they messed up my order by not checking if they had chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and then tried to just give me cookies and cream without asking me if that's what I wanted. I made the mistake of coming back again another day, this time after 8pm. BR website says they are open until 9pm. Went to drive thru, no answer but the board was lit up like they were still open. Drove to the front door, was met by a worker who said they closed at 8pm. No sign posted saying what their hours were. Two bad experiences means never coming back there again. Save a headache and go to a different BR nearby.

Combination Baskin/Dunkin. Visited on a very busy Sunday. We went inside to order, and it took nearly a half hour to receive our order - a box of Munchkins and two drinks. The most capable member of the staff was handling drive-thru, understandably, but the other staff moved with no sense of urgency and the hospitality was entirely lacking. By the time we received our order, the line was all the way to the door - a feat, given this BR/DD is situated length-wise.

We arrived at 8:00 when the store was still open (and their hours online say 9pm closing) and after standing and waiting for 5 minutes, the young lady behind the counter refused to take our order and specifically indicated that our displeasure was “not her problem.” Won’t be shopping there again!!

Service was way too slow
