Basil Pizza & Wine Bar

We tried there pizza for the first time, I would call it traditional style with very thin crust. We used Google maps to direct us there and it landed us about a block off. They are located on a corner with a large parking lot behind them, but on a Saturday night you might have trouble finding a place to park there. The pizza was very tasty and only took them 15 minutes to have it ready for us. My only complaint was the crust was too thin to my liking ....but that's just me. I will order from them again when in the area.

The Four on the Floor Pizza was fantastic! Prices were reasonable and had very friendly service.

Dumb…Dumber…Dumbiest. We arrived at the Host Stand. The young lady informed her trainee via tablet which server was available next. We were seated and did not see a server for ten minutes. When we informed the host. She looked at the tablet and was in shock that server had not been to our table, Dumb! While we sat at our table. A guy the size of a NFL lineman put on a feat of strength demo while breaking up a 8 top into deuces, He moved 2 chairs out wide and pulled each table over like it was 800lb. Rather than pull out all 6 chairs out and move 3 tables. He rinsed and repeated his act 3 times while viewing the fact that we had absolutely no service. Dumber. The so called Concept Person who decided that the Host Stand should be out of the view of the dining room. The same person who cut the bar in half so a non profitable wait area could be a show case. Dumbiest. When we walked out the hostess thanked us for our visit….that is what the tablet and training manual told her to do. Completely clueless aided by a lack of dining room management and a concept person who has clearly never been in the hospitality business designing the place. A complete train wreck despite being fully staffed! No eyes on the floor……just a warm body being run by a tablet completely out of view of what was actually going on. “She should have been there by now”. What a Concept!!!

Calamari was the best if had anywhere. Highly recommend the pizza. Fantastic. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was very nice
