Their Hanger Steaks are the best
Food and service was amazing. Plan on going back
We love Barrel and Crow. Their Duck fat fries are especially delicious.
Crab beignets are an interesting experiment, it's kind of like a takoyaki except crabby. I wouldn't recommend it though. The soy glaze wings are pretty good.
It was fun, pretty busy, but it was Easter brunch so it was expected. The food was really good
Dinner with a large party, 20+, and the service and timing was great. Thank you!
Brunch was lovely and affordable. Best service in years.
It wasn't a bad meal, but it felt overpriced. The lamb bolognese tasted like hamburger helper. There was an issue with my dish, so they gave me a discount. Although the food was subpar, I did receive good service, save the couples who appeared too afraid to sit next to a table of someone dining alone.
Very good place. Food was delicious! We went to the patio and the waitress was excellent!!
No place like Charlie Khans The best food, service and delivery Always fresh and tasty!
This was another wonderful time here the food was delicious the service was great. I love eating here.
We dined for Father's Day and ended up being quite disappointed. Service started out super slow. We waited over 20mins for soft drinks after placing the order. Our server seemed very uninterested in serving us and only came to the table 4 times the whole night, twice to take our order and then again to bring the check/pick it up. All other times we were served by others who were much nicer. The food started off okay for appetizers of Fried Green Tomatoes and Oysters. The Duck Tostadas could of used more sauce. Our entrees, the Hanger Steak and Pork Chop, lacked flavor and seasoning. I usually don't leave negative reviews but the overall poor experience made this one necessary.
We sat outside to enjoy another June night. Evelyn our server was exceptional, as was the food runner. We were supposed to go for dinner across the street but they were closed . We benefited because our experience was delightful. The duck breast was perfectly seared and the local rockfish had a nice crispy skin. Flavorful! The Gnocchi was light and the aroma from the garlic and butter with wild mushrooms were great. The mussels were aromatic and the tuna tacos were fresh with a hint of ginger. Wow- what a great Bourbon list ! We will be back !
Try the duck fat fries with Parmesan and truffle mayo.
Reliable go-to spot, with a convivial crowd, excellent and creative food with a diverse menu, pleasant, efficient servers.
Food was tasty and well-prepared but was pricey for what they serve and not a fancy presentation. Staff serving the food and clearing dishes were pleasant and friendly. Order taker who also brought check was cooperative, but not very friendly. Noise level was loud - needed to raise voices to be heard across the small table. Overall, I gave it a good, but nothing really leaped out at me as setting it apart from many other places - no exciting incentive to make me want to go back.
Very good experience. The lady who took the order for us was professional. I believe she is the manager. Actually all staffs were nice. The food was good in general. Only thing is the water, a little weird taste. But I guess it is not their problem, it is the area.
So happy we chose Barrel & Crow. The Spicy Shrimp and Grits was delicious! The Fresh Burrata was good, but it just needed more than three small slices of bread. The service was fantastic (thank you to our server, Laura, for being so attentive—-she gave my cousin and I time to talk without rushing us to order.) We enjoyed the house Sav. Blanc. A return trip to Barrel & Crow is a must!
