A real dive, but in a good way. Definitely a locals bar - always the same faces, but still friendly to strangers. New owner (full disclosure - he's a friend of a good friend of mine) is slowly making improvements but keeping the divey character - which is a good thing. It's always busy but service doesn't suffer at all. Parking is a bit of a nightmare - the regulars often double park each other because there's not much room - but I've always found a spot. Parking: Not great, but there's usually something. Or park behind another car and just be sure to listen if someone needs you to move. Kid-friendliness: It's a bar. Keep your kids home.
