Epic Chophouse at Kingsley

I have eaten at this location 4 times and I have been disappointed on 3 of them. On all 3 occasions, I had a steak and they were not enjoyable. I had a NY Strip, a Ribeye, and lastly a filet. On all occasions, there was not seasoning on the meat. No salt, no pepper, just meat. I saw in the description of the ribeye it has Garlic and sea salt butter on top...the butter wasn't seasoned either! The most flavorful meal I had was the chicken parmesan. I want to like this place. It's close, it's got a great bar, atmosphere, the service is fantastic. The Chef needs a heavier hand on the seasonings however. I hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears...please taste the food, and make the necessary adjustments! I will be back, just not for the steaks.

Gabby ( training manager) was awesome. We love her communication and personality so much that we have eaten there 3 times in the past week.

Second time dining here in Kingsley, and they screwed up my steak yet again. At these prices they need to learn to train their chefs how to cook a decent steak!!

We’ve been to this location many times, and every time tops the last. Heather, our server, went above and beyond, making this the best experience we’ve had. She recognized from across the restaurant that I wasn’t completely happy with what I chose to eat - not because it was bad, but because it didn’t sit right with my pallet. She insisted on doing everything she could to ensure that we left happy, and we did.

適度に高級なお店ですが、グラスワインは手ごろで美味しいものがあります。 125ドルもするステーキは焼き過ぎで固く、味はしょっぱく、正直言えばリーズナブルな日本のステーキチェーン店の方がずっと美味しい。 ビスクはしょっぱく、フリッターは油切りがされてなくベタベタ、でも繊細な料理が少ないアメリカではスタンダードかもしれない。 良くも悪くもアメリカ的な味わいのレストランです。
