Customer service. 5 star. Selection 5 star. My favorite place when I just need a cup of coffee and a quiet, calm place to be.

I hadn't been here for a year or two, and I stopped in with my husband when he received a gift card. The staff on the floor was great, and the girl who was at the checkout counter was super nice and helpful. I stopped in again with my son this week, and it was completely different. There were 5 people in line in front of me, and the girl who was at the checkout counter didn't ask for extra help from floor staff. I needed help with the trading cards behind the counter, and, by that time, there were five more people behind me. The girl at the counter was obviously annoyed that I asked to see a few boxes up close and was snippy when I asked her to call for assistance. I left thinking how much easier it is to shop online,

Very small greeting card section. Few customer service personnel in store and always quit a line to check out. Clean and has a nice area for children to view and select books.

Awesome place lots of cool stuff

Very spacious, comfortable store with friendly, helpful staff ... also has a terrific coffee spot which is great! The floor plan makes it easy to whirl around for discovery of so many amazing books!

One checker for checking out to pay. Long line. Other team members around taking phone calls, etc. Otherwise helpful staff.
