Very nice store. No passover Haggadah to be found. No one at information booth

Rude workers. I was browsing a book when one of the workers reached over me without saying excuse me. I asked for a certain section and the worker responded "what?" Like seriously. But overall a nice place and great selection of books but overpriced. The customer service sucks so why would I spend 30 dollars on a book?

Good store, well stocked. It was slightly difficult getting around to the board games sections, but the staff are super friendly and helpful. There are not too many flexible seating options. Parking is right outside, and there's an attached cafe, so overall, a nice Barnes and Nobles location.

The BN at Menlo Park Mall is one of the few that stayed alive lol I've found that when I needed assistance, there's usually someone available. In the manga area not so much. The cafe is better than I realized. They have sandwiches! The bakery items are SUPER good!!
