Was an amazing day having lunch here! The food, service, staff is perfect and on point.

I tried this location for the first time yesterday, there was a young girl making burrito bowl for me, and the way she was asking and conforming while adding the topics just won my heart. Customer service on point!

Staff are great.

Horrible service. The person working let my food that I ordered through Skip the Dishes sit there for a solid 15 minutes before she asked me anything. I was given a 25 minute timeframe from when I placed the order to when it was supposed to be ready. It makes 0 sense as to why it was even ready before I got to the restaurant and then for it to sit for an additional 15 minutes to get cold/soggy. She was not even helping another customer at this time. Food ended up being cold and tasting very sub par. Embarrassing. And this is not the first time they have done something like this. I will not be back

Stopped in for a burrito shortly after 2 today. Asked for “not much rice” which the girl working there seemed to ignore. I should’ve chimed in but trusted the worker knew how to make a burrito. She was extremely sparse with the toppings that mattered (ex: salsa, red onion and green pepper), which were old and not fresh. When she piled the jalapenos on top of each other, I finally chimed in and said can you please spread those (i.e. to avoid an awful bite), a request she seemed bothered by. She had no concept of spreading toppings rather than piling them (hard to believe). I nipped to the bathroom while she wandered off for more black beans, I return and she is hurriedly finishing my burrito (without asking whether I wanted anything else). As a former server, I couldn’t bring myself to leave $0, so I left a symbolic $1. She didn’t respond when I said thanks as she handed me the burrito, as if I stiffed her (it is confusing she felt entitled to a tip despite horrid service). Here’s my $18 burrito with “not much rice” (all I can taste is cheap rice, and you can see the jalapenos grouped together despite me asking her to spread them). I love barBURRITO but will never return to this location after the horrible experience and worse service. embarrassing.

Very less quantity, half a bowl. I’ve been noticing this for the last couple of times. I won’t come next time. Very greedy
