Went to the Wellington location tonight (store was empty) and was told I would have to wait 20 minutes If I wanted to order sometime because she was busy with online orders. I left. I watched someone go in after me and walk out too.

The food is tasty. Take out timing issues and mistakes have lowered my ratings a bit.
