I ordered a burrito bowl with the pulled pork. I immediately sat down to eat and had a bone the size of a toothpick in my mouth that scratched the inside of my mouth. I showed the cashier and her response was "oh you had the pulled pork" I said yes she said oh! I asked for a manager and she said he's only in on Wednesdays! ( this was a Friday) I wasn't offered a new bowl, an apology or a discount. The staff is definitely not trained in customer service.
Great Staff: Always greeted with a smile, and fast friendly service. Great Food: Super fresh and delicious. So fresh my tortilla chips were still warm but not greasy. Great variety to choose from too, with vegetarian and gluten free options as well. Very happy they are so close to home. Vegetarian options: Soy protein option available on request but takes a little extra time. Falafel is a great alternative option nice and crispy and delicious. Parking: In a plaza so lots of parking, usually a few spots close to the door.

Pathetic order management You might order in advance through the app and once you reach there to pick up, you would find that they have not prepared it. But that’s not all, while you are waiting for your order, they would start preparing someone else order who even came after you.
Rating: ⭐️ I recently had an unfortunate experience at Barburrito, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. Upon enjoying my meal, I discovered a hair in my burrito, which significantly impacted my dining experience. While I understand that incidents like these can happen unintentionally, it was disappointing to encounter such a hygiene issue. I believe in the importance of maintaining high standards in the food industry. I brought the matter to the attention of the manager and she didn’t care much about it. Overall experience left much to be desired. As a customer, finding foreign objects in the food is a serious concern for me.
