BAR BANK - Juhu

I paid 500 rupees just as service charges on bill

The people at the management of Bar bank are not aware and organised, it was a Friday night, i had my reservation of table through EazyDiner, they didn’t acknowledge that and made me wait for 1 hour, in the last they offered us a table but without food! I mean how could you guys imagine us waiting there for that long just for alcohol? The guy at the main counter for table reservation doesn’t know what to do, he is not aware of the job and responsibility he has and their waiters are arrogant. There are better places in Juhu, never coming back here again!

Worst experience ever at Bar bank Juhu, we came here at 10:00, and they made us wait but they did not offer us a table till 11:30, and the audacity of these people, when we tried to order food the waiter told us that they wont be able to serve anything, they got fully functioning 7-8 food trucks, and they got no food, how awful, why are you guys even running the place if cant keep enough food stock. Totally ruined our friday night, at the end we were forced to leave. If you wanna ruin your night then go do opt to go here, otherwise choose some other place.
