Came here for a business dinner. It was our first visit. First off, the restaurant was very confusing. Just inside the door we stopped at something that looked like a hostess stand but after several minutes someone came by and told us the hostess stand was on the opposite side of the restaurant. We walked to the other side to stand at what appeared to be exactly the same podium. After several minutes someone did come up and sat us. Overall it seemed they were quite short-staffed. Our waiter looked extremely frazzled and was super slow at getting our drinks and food. He was trying though. It just didn't seem to be a very well managed environment. The food was okay but not what I would have expected based on the website. I don't think I would go back given all the other choices in the area. Interestingly, the charge to my credit card was more than what was on our receipt. I only realized it once I got the credit card bill. I have tried for 3 days to reach someone in the restaurant to discuss and have not been able to do so. No one ever answers the phone. I ended up calling the front desk of the hotel who told me there was not a manager of the restaurant but offered to have me speak to a senior server. She put me on hold but no one ever came back to the phone. I will continue to try but am just really disappointed in our overall experience.
Very unique atmosphere in the lobby of a former bank. The food and service were good, but the menu is somewhat limited. This is a good choice for a meal while traveling for business. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy one floor access
Service was friendly and made great suggestions. Seemed to be understaffed because it was very slow. Many options on the menu were sold out but Tommy our server gave really good suggestions and descriptions of what was left. Food was good when it arrived. Would have liked a little more attention with refills and may have ordered dessert if service would have been a little faster but the atmosphere and good friends still made for a great night out.
Went for Happy Hour and stayed past it. Their Happy Hour it's a limited menu of appetizers and beer & wine specials. The happy hour appetizers are a cheaper and smaller portion of the main appetizers. I had the wings with the dry rub and blue cheese which were delicious. The rye old fashioned, with bullet rye, is a decent old fashioned. The downside they are expensive as I had three old fashions and the happy hour wings which were, $10 and my bill was $76 before tip.
Food was great, Service was amazing. I came here for my birthday. Thank you!
The food quality has gone down the drain since the last time I visited this place. I had fish and chips which were not restaurant quality. The batter was oily and unflavorful and instead of having a single filet there were a bunch of little pieces.
Three people talked to me about a bartender coming to help me, but no one offered me a drink or a food menu. I'm not sure if there even was a bartender in the end, the guy helping me wasn't behind the bar very much, and I had to ask him twice for a drink menu. My margarita had a brown lime in it and to be honest, I had to fight with myself to stay and pay the bill. The tables around me were getting up and coming to the bar trying to get service. The level of service plus the stress everyone working displayed made me want to just get up and leave.
We had a reservation for 7pm - it took thirty minutes for a drink, and over an hour for food. We were served by 3 different individuals, none of which consistently asked us about our service. Whoever owns this establishment needs to get in and help their workers and this restaurant was severely understaffed .
