Bamboo Chopsticks Restaurant Express

We ordered the food and one dish asked for extra vegetables and paid for that. It only had some sliced cucumbers and sprouts so I’m assuming they forgot?? The food was as cold, spring rolls were not tasty and weird texture. Very sub par. Not ordering from there again. Spent $100 on that meal too! Way overpriced for what we got. Food was delicious!

Probably the worst Vietnamese food we have ever eaten! Would have given 0 stars if possible. Food is way overcooked the chicken is almost jerky. Sauce on one dish was overflowing and the other non existent! Don’t waste your money here! West side resturaunt is like a completely different place! A refund doesn’t fix a crappy business and if you didn’t make it right the first time I won’t be wasting my time to get served a horrible meal twice!

Very fast service, high quality consistent food.

I like grabbing takeout from here, but it lacks the flavour in the broth that I’m used to from other places. However, I do like the many selections on the menu and the non soup items are quite good.
