BAM BAM BBQ's Pit Boss and Owner, Brady McManus, is a 23-year veteran of the United States Army. During his first ten years, he was enlisted and served as a Blackhawk Crew Chief and was stationed at Fort Hood, Texas, from 2000 to 2003. Texas is where he first fell in love with BBQ. From that moment on, he was obsessed with studying and learning the process of making the best BBQ possible for all sides. He was determined to use only the freshest ingredients and original recipes. Pitboss Brady was first stationed in Arizona at Fort Huachuca in 2014. After that time there, he fell in love with the community and decided to return here to retire and start a BBQ restaurant the second he left. Brady retired in June of 2023.
