BALEENkitchen is extravagant seafood restaurant inside the Sole Hotel in Sunny Isles Beach. Our Chef Adam Votaw is the brainchild behind our eclectic menu that is split into seven sections comprised of American restaurant favorites like pizza, grilled meats, and our famous Baleen sliders. We have a full bar and comprehensive cocktail selection ranging from the Abagal a mixture of limoncello, Aperol and lemon to the Hot and Humid which is tequila, pineapple , jalapeño and cucumber. We have a 4,300 square foot space with outdoor dining overlooking the ocean. Sections of our restaurant can be reserved for corporate events, and large parties.
