BAKU is a Japanese Robata-style restaurant that showcases outstanding Sushi, innovative Robata Yakitori cuisine, & high end beverage menus. Casual dining downstairs seating is offered along with an upscale intimate lounge feel upstairs. We specialize in creating an exclusive experience for Charlotte for special occasions, night out with a small group, & dates! For parties of 8+ on Friday/Saturday evening, we do require a $50 non refundable deposit to hold the reservation. This deposit is applied to your bill at the time of your reservation. Please call to accommodate parties of 8+ Parties of 8+, a 20% gratuity is automatically applied to your bill. Parties of 12+ we require 1 check. There are no exceptions to these house requirements.
