Baker's Ribs

Fresh, hot, tender beef brisket sliced right in front of me. Amazing sauce on the side. Delicious savory baked beans. Friendly people. I grew up in the south where BBQ is a BIG deal. These folks get it right!

Been eating here since they opened the store over 20+ years ago. Best BBQ in town hands down. Al and Scott also support animal rescue groups! Doesn’t get any better than this place

Counter service BBQ. Pretty good overall for flavor and food. It's an attempt at a country BBQ experience. The sauce served with ribs is just alright, but the meat is good.

Excellent barbecue brisket. The best Texas style brisket in Minnesota, in my opinion. The decor is themed interestingly and the food is just very good. The bark on the brisket is to die for.

Ribs are incredible - fall off the bone, juicy, and well seasoned. Will be back!

Really good barbecue and great ribs. I feel like value could be better but other than that it’s a great place. Great baked beans too!
