Worst star bucks ever! Here is why.. I went to Starbucks to get a venti shaken expresso light ice. Very simple. They messed it up they gave me a latte with extra vanilla?? Uhh didn't ask for that. I went back and said "hi uh I think you did my order wrong" they were very rude about it. I told her what it was supposed to be. She slammed the drink down and coffee came out of the top. Even though I asked for light ice. There was EXTRA ice. I told her again about it and refused to remake it saying it's my fault. I payed 7.76 for a drink that's all ice. Heck no. Never going back here again. I hope this helped. There is a Starbucks in Jerry's just go there instead please! Unless you want ice instead of coffee

I asked for a coffee with caramel. Simple, but not very good.

This is the closest Starbucks to me... It's crazy bad. All the drinks are lackluster. I got back every time hoping that one would make my drink right. Literary any normal cold brew.

Worst Starbucks I have been to in my life. Got 1/5 drinks correct. Two drinks were water. Order was not hard but messed up 3 times on two of the drinks. Ended up giving up and just taking what they gave us. Honestly would push to have the employee fired.

Beat coffee ever

I visited the Starbucks in Jerry's foods. $2.85 for a small black coffee. Is price gouging. They removed the self serve cream. Asking for cream will get this response " we added cream...what more do you want? Will not be returning. Note: raised eyebrows.

I absolutely love this Starbucks! I live in Bloomington, and truthfully, this location is out of my way. However, the staff here are fantastic - so friendly and efficient. They are never out of what I want, have never gotten my order wrong, and always offer a pup cup for my dog even if I don’t order it. Kudos to the management. Keep up the outstanding work!

my twin and I have gone here every single morning for over a year now, sometimes even multiple times a day & everyday THEY HIT!!! many employees have kindly memorized our annoying orders & they always execute perfectly! I’m so very thankful to have such a great starbucks I can count on, I drive 25 minutes to just go there cause it’s the best start to our morning! 12/10 go there if you know what’s good!
