Bake My Day

I have to say this bakery is awful in many ways. It serves two-day-old donuts, and you’re always told not to throw them out until he brings new ones. Sometimes that takes two or even three days. Everything is bought and repackaged to make you think it was made on the premises. I can tell you for sure that the scones, croissants, danishes, brownies, cakes, and all the cookies (except the German butter cookies) are pre-bought. The cheesecakes are made there, but 90% of the items are bought and repackaged. Even the fruit pies are Chef Pierre brand, not made on the premises, and you get charged $20 for them. It just amazes me that a person like this can take advantage of so many people. Please do not waste your money at this bakery. Before you put false accusations on Google, make sure you tell the whole story and nothing but the truth. Shame on you for your lies because I have all the text messages. You continue to lie, and I’m OK with that, but just remember who asked who if I knew anyone who was ServSafe certified because of your new location in Fraser. You wanted me to pretend to be the manager because I am certified and you need someone certified because neither you nor Nick are certified. Please do not tell lies on here. People know who I am and remember the reviews about how nice of a person I was and how you finally got someone good to work for you. Remember, I didn’t get fired. I have the text where I told you I quit. Please do not tell people you fired me because that’s not true. Nor did you fire anyone else—they all quit on you. Try to be honest. I did not steal your customers either. You authorized me to put my business cards there because I make pretzels. I don’t make anything you make, so please don’t lie about that either. The whole Frontier Town knows who you are. Stop taking advantage of your employees and trying to destroy them because it's not going to work. Be honest and do not lie. If you are as religious as you say you are, you would not be telling lies right now because that is what you are doing. You are telling lies. Please tell the story the way it was. How many people have left your Shelby store already? Should we start with Lori? The cake decorator? Where do you want it to end? You are making this worse for yourself. I was just being honest, and you continue to lie. As long as you lie, I will post the truth and continue to post the truth until you decide to tell the truth.

My mom brings us the banana bread when she visits. It is ridiculously delicious! What’s the secret??? One loaf is never enough. My family highly recommends 😃😋

Everything is delicious and the staff is as kind as can be. Would recommend!!

My favorite place in town and the BEST cheesecakes ever! Get the Turtle cheescake! Everyone is always so nice, upbeat and helpful. Thank you!

We don't get out to this area very often, but cannoli my husband and I had from this location eight years ago still has us in a chokehold so we knew we had to stop. We're thrilled to see that not only is this little shop still open, but also thriving! Today, we bought an eclair (stunning), a paczek (marvelous) , and a box of macarons (delicate, delicious, and delightful!). All were genuinely treats that can't be beat. I could not recommend this spot more.
