It all started from a mother who always loves Vietnamese cooking and it was this deep appreciation that gave her the idea to open a Vietnamese restaurant in her East Windsor community on Valentine's Day of 2018. Today, Baguette Bistro becomes the place to go for deep bowls of authentic steaming Pho (no MSG), delicious Spring rolls, Banh-Mi sandwiches, Vermicelli, overflowing Rice dishes with veggies and meat, and organic bubble milk tea in fast casual atmosphere. The restaurant is located on Route 130 north bound, 12 minutes from BAPS Temple. The business managed to stay open during Covid-19 to serve local law enforcement, first responders and frontline workers. Baguette Bistro was recognized by Governor Murphy of NJ in 2020.
