Our experience dining at the restaurant for iftar was profoundly disappointing, particularly given that it was during a business meeting. The buffet layout was poorly organized, with a single line causing congestion and inconvenience. Even when servers attempted to replenish dishes, patrons had to awkwardly maneuver to allow them space. The wait time was exorbitant, nearly an hour spent in line from 7:10 to 8:00, exacerbated by slow service and depleted food items. Upon finally reaching the buffet, we encountered further frustrations. Essential items like naan and salad were unavailable, and even the biryani had run out. It was disheartening to see servers neglecting their duties, necessitating calls for assistance just to refill empty pots. The dismissive response regarding naan and the lack of readily available water only added to our dissatisfaction. Furthermore, the absence of staff clearing empty plates compounded the chaotic atmosphere. The final blow came with the disappointing quality of the "Gulab Jamman," which were not only dry but also cold despite being submerged in liquid. In conclusion, based on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant. The combination of disorganization, slow service, depleted offerings, and poor quality diminishes its appeal significantly. ************************************* In your response , I must assert that your accusation of the pictures being taken at closing time is unfounded. The pictures were at 8.07 pm as evidenced by the timestamps attached to each image. Rather than addressing the issue at hand, you seem to be deflecting blame by insinuating that the review was fabricated. I find this response both disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer who had a less than satisfactory experience, I expected a more constructive and apologetic approach from your end. I am willing to provide all the pictures with their corresponding timestamps to substantiate my claim. I trust that you will acknowledge your mistake and address the concerns raised in the review rather than resorting to baseless accusations. Let me know I will upload all the pic with the timestamp it was taken. Shame on you ...
The food was good and the service was fast and also good. The price is reasonable as well in my opinion. We ordered the badshah bbq platter, chicken karahi, Lahori fish and the naan basket and I was very full and happy by the end of the meal. The naan basket was honestly my favourite thing.
I want to give 4 stars for the food because the rice has raisins in it, which I find blasphemous but that is my preference. They make incredible Meats, I don't know how they get it so perfectly succulent.
The food was delicious, but some items were a little bit spicy .

Parents decided to get the Family Package Deal on their birthday today, only to get home and see that there was no biryani. My father than called and they mentioned that he can come and pick it up, he then drove back to bring it home only to see it looked like someone had already taken a spoon out of it. It's about a 25 minute commute one way, which in end took almost 2 hours to get our complete meal. Not the most pleasant experience for a +$100 meal.
