Bad Daddys Burger Bar

This was my first time patronizing Big Daddy’s Burger Bar. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger on steroids with side fries. The food was excellent and very tasty. Wait time for a Saturday afternoon was around 30 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was buzzing with energy but, the staff remained attentive and provided excellent customer service. I’m adding this burger spot to my ever growing list.

The service at the restaurant was extremely sluggish. Moreover, the food lacked any flavor and was completely devoid of seasoning. To add to the disappointment, instead of the Sprite I requested, they brought me a Starry drink. It was absolutely unpleasant! The Bad Daddy's Philly sandwich tasted like a chilled cheeseburger, and even the sweet tea lacked sweetness. Based on this experience, I have no intention of returning to or recommending this particular location.

I went to the Big Daddys Buger Bar located at 4522 suite 101 on Wendover Ave in Greensboro NC for a pickup order...first let me say I have eaten at this place many many times, I love the truffle mushroom burger! But I always order out(grun hub etc)because the place is ALWAYS packed and my wheelchair is an issue in cramped spaces...I pulled up called inside and asked Brook if they would do curbside delivery fir me because of my chair she was extremely nice and said yes. I went online, ordered my food and waited...and waited...and waited. Over an hour later, I got out my car (yes I drive.hand controls) went inside the first set of doors...tried to go through the second set...THE DOORS ARE NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE!!!! I had to ask someone inside to find the hostess who looked at me all big eyed (she knew immediately who I was) ans said "They never brought you your food? Hold on a sec I'll get it" IT HAD BEEN AN HOUR!! I stayed calm, it wasn't her fault really and just told her I wanted my money back. Please note, all of this is going on while customers are coming in walking over me, but I had no choice because I couldn't get inside any further!!! A lady came out, I guess she was the manger, I didn't warrent an introduction...who said I was told you had a cubside order that didn't make it to you and you want a refund...I said yes...(MANGER/REP) do you want us to remake the food? (ME) NO! I sat another 15min outside the restaurant waiting on confirmation of the refund!! I know that some walking folks get real nervous around differently-abled people like myself but this was just THE MOST TERRIBLE service I have had in a decade!!! And everyone all flustered because of wheelchair (in the 21stcentury) is disgusting!!!! Doors not wheelchair wide enough (this is nor an old building) in the 21st century is DISGUSTING!! APOLOGIZING to a chair and not the person is really disgusting!!!!!! I will reach out to corp/ upper management

Great place to eat and great burgers

****New Review** Me & husband frequent here often however the past 3 times we've been here havent been the best experience. This last time was enough to never visit again thanks to hostess staff member Tiffany (older short haired black woman) and her condescending attitude idc if they offered me free food. You couldn't get me to go! She is literally apart of my complaint from my last two visits! I'm not sure what's happening with staffing lately but things definitely aren't what they use to be here.

Great food and atmosphere, but the service was SLOW.
