The food is good and I also love buying my groceries here . A nice one spot place to go the people are very nice

I do not recommend take out here! Produce was rotten and we went to tell the cashier they didn’t want to refund us. The workers refuse to recognize their errors it’s the third time I’ve had a bad experience here. I received tacos de birria with a roach in it (decided to not order takeout here anymore after this) and in another occasion guacamole with a strand of hair in it when I went back to tell them they said it’s not their fault they “know what they’re doing” And one time my husband went to buy a CALLING CARD “boss revolution” and the lady said they use new methods for international calling they supposedly activated his phone for an international call and the next month our bill came $400 more than what normally is expected due to the international call not being activated the lady was obviously distracted and added funds to the phone in Guatemala which was not what we asked for, we went back to ask for a solution or at least an apology and the lady at the window said “that’s your fault not ours” what kind of customer service is this?! We’re never coming back due to always having bad experiences here we’ve tried to give them chance after chance because we know no one is perfect but it’s unfortunate that they do not better their customer service

Los productos estaban podridos y fuimos a decirle al cajero que no querían reembolsarnos. Los trabajadores se niegan a reconocer sus errores, es la tercera vez que tengo una mala experiencia aquí. Recibí tacos de birria con una cucaracha y en otra ocasión guacamole con pelo cuando volví a decirles dicieron no es su culpa ellos “saben lo que hacen” Y una vez fui comprar una TARJETA DE LLAMADAS “boss revolution” y la señora dijo que usan nuevos métodos para llamadas internacionales, supuestamente activaron mi teléfono para una llamada internacional y al mes siguiente nuestra factura fue de $400 más de lo que normalmente se esperaba debido a que el saldo que supuestamente puso la señora no se realizó. la señora obviamente estaba distraída y agregó fondos al teléfono en Guatemala que no era lo que pedíamos, volvimos a pedir una solución o al menos una disculpa y la señora de la ventanilla dijo “eso es culpa suya no nuestra” ¿Qué tipo de servicio al cliente es este? Nunca regresaremos debido a que siempre tenemos malas experiencias aquí. Hemos tratado de darles una oportunidad tras otra porque sabemos que nadie es perfecto, pero es lamentable que no mejoren su servicio al cliente.
