I visited with my family on Friday March 8, 2024 for dinner. It was busy but customer service was very good. We ordered chicken 2 shawarma platters and 1 shish tawook and few things extra as side order. Portion is good and price is right for quality and quantity of food. A traditional environment is really good. Only down side is getting into the business area where restaurant is located. Parking is enough in the area. Dietary restrictions: It is Halal.
Yesterday was my 4th visit to this restaurant. I walked in and asked for a table for 7 people and the servant said there was only one table available (the one next to the washroom), but I saw 3 unused tables and not reserved! The servants need to work on their customer service skills and they need some training before they start serving customers. The food took too long to be served, and 3 of us didn't like what we ordered. Medium Kunafa is so small and too pricey. The 2 stars are for the beautiful place. I won't visit again!
Today, we desired knafa, but unfortunately, it was unsatisfactory. The dish featured salty cheese, lacked proper preparation, and was served without sherbet. If the kitchen is unable to prepare it adequately, consider removing it from the menu. Additionally, our drinks only arrived after a reminder, and the prices were excessively high.
Fantastic middle eastern food. Good service. Authentic middle eastern food. Great atmosphere.Highly recommended.
Worst place to go. Dry food. Spending more then $200 and gives small cup garlic sauce and then charge for extra garlic sauce what a ripoff. Ordered sandwiches but got wrap. They should know difference between sandwiches and wrap.
