I paid almost $4 for a shriveled up microwaved hot dog.

We ordered $65 worth of food. 8 pc chicken 2 biscuit 2 side deal. (2 mac n cheese) we also got 2 lg mash n gravy, a lg coleslaw, a lg root beer. Oh and 2 chili cheese fries extra cheese. I can’t leave a receipt review because i never got a receipt. We checked the bafs and immediately noticed we were missing a mac n cheese. They guy demanded to check both the bags to prove it. After obliging him he tried telling me the coleslaw was the mac n cheese. He eventually gave us the mac n cheese but the biscuits that were in the bag no longer were. So we literally still were missing food. The root beer was skimpy, the fries were not extra cheese. Now if this was a one time occurrence this would be admittedly harsh but this is far from the first time. It is indefinitely the last. It sounded like they were training a new worker. My condolences to the work ethic that will be instilled in this new worker. Seriously. Save your money. We paid a lot but you can spend it on better food elsewhere.
The cashier was really nice, let me swap my soda in my combo meal for a root beer float. Food was pretty good too.
5 of us went in for dinner together. We all ordered chicken pot pies and paid individually. Three of us were served while the other two of us waited, and waited. I went to the counter and asked if they had forgotten about us, as the others were served right away. I was told that the pies took 25 minutes to cook why didn't they tell me at the time of my order? So three of us are their pies while we watched. When they were finished eating, we finally got our food. I spoke to two employees about this and got a small "sorry", acting like they did not care.
My fiance and I came here today, got 2 medium rootbeer floats. Both had barely any ice cream and was half full of rootbeer. The rootbeer was also watered down.. it was horrible. Total dissatisfaction.
Went to drive thru. Asked for no ice in my drink. Got ice. My fries were cold, asked for hot ones, they said it'd be 3 min and to pull around, I said I'd wait here, ( if you've been here, you'd know to turn into their parking lot from drive thru, you'd have to take a left onto the busiest road). Got my fries. Got no receipt and no smiles. Why is customer service so difficult??
