Absolutely disgusting . Our burger didn’t smell or taste right. The people next to us heard me comment and they said the same. The fries were also too brown. I’ll give A&W one more shot at another location. If it’s the same, well they will have lost a customer forever. Cause clearly they have changed since the last time since I’ve had them and for the worst.

Ordered on kiosk, grabbed number like I am supposed too then worker called us to front to pick up our drinks I asked what was the purpose of us getting a number? (Worker just gave a dirty look) Of all the times I've been here a worker always brought our drinks and food to the table. Today's workers had a stank attitude. Ordered at 2:23pm its now 2:43 still haven't received our food. Horrible customer service
